• Understanding and aggregating human resources data,
• Developing and using performance measures,
• Data reliability and business best-practices.
The Metrics Analyst will be called upon to provide advanced statistical analysis on personnel and performance metrics. The Metrics Analyst will draw upon their experience to assist the customer in developing practical approaches for measuring performance. For example, they will be responsible for helping the customer select the appropriate methodology, conducting the research by extracting data from large customer databases, analyzing the information and providing results in a manner that is easily grasped by the customer. Deliverables from their taskings will include models, summary reports or datasets, data tables, and briefing packages.
Candidates that also have expertise in working with advanced statistical analytics, including (but not limited to) regression and multivariate analysis, random sampling, and pivot tables. The successful candidate will have experience with the following software packages: Tableau, SPSS, and R. Experience writing syntax for SPSS Statistics, and using SQL for accessing Oracle databases, is a plus.
Qualified Methodologist candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with advanced data analytics, or a Masters Degree in a field that uses advanced data analytics.TS/SCI with CI poly required. 
Additional Desired Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills. They should also have demonstrated strong visual presentation skills, i.e., using charts, graphics, and other visual materials to present data in comprehensive and comprehensible ways. Prior experience with an Intelligence Community analytic component is desirable.
